Podiatrist (Chiropodist)

Philip Mann B.Sc.(Hons), M.Ch.S., S.R.Ch.

Philip comes from Kent. He qualified in Podiatric Medicine at the University of Westminster.

Until 2001, Philip worked at clinics in England, mainly for an NHS Trust, while continuing postgraduate studies in podiatry and associated medical fields. In 2001 he went into private practice in Bermuda, where he extended the scope of his practice and mastered new techniques, such as the use of laser treatments.

Philip came to Spain in 2007. As well as working for the English Medical Clinic in Albir, he has clinics in Javea and Moraira, and works at two clinics in Calpe.

Outside work, Philip's interests include SCUBA diving, free diving for lobster, spear fishing and boating.

Hypnotherapist/psychotherapist

Mark Phoenix Murphy D.H.P., M.I.A.P.H., M.N.R.A.H.

Mark gained his Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 1996. In the same year he was elected a Member of the International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts, European's largest professional association of Analytical Hypnotherapists. In 2004 he was elected to the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists.

Mark came to Spain in 2004. Since then he has set up several far-flung clinics, and has helped people with issues such as smoking, weight control, phobias, depression, pain control and (new to Spain) the Relaxed Childbirth Programme. Clients come from as far afield as Barcelona to Gibraltar.

Mark offers a free initial consultation for prospective clients, to discuss their particular problem and its possible treatment. This consultation is relaxed and informal, with no obligation to continue. All enquiries are treated as confidential.

Trevor Smith R.H.A.D., F.S.H.A.A.

Trevor is a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and a Fellow of the Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. He runs his own company, Premier Hearing Services.
